USA will send a trade mission to Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname and Uruguay from May 15 to 18 to strengthen trade ties, informed the Department of Commerce.
This trade mission “It is a significant opportunity for the US industry, since the South American region has 429 million potential customers who together imported more than US $ 111,000 million (105,000 million euros) in US products in 2021″he points out in a statement.
It is made up of more than 60 representatives, mostly from small and medium-sized companies, from various sectors, such as health, energy, communication technology, infrastructure, industrial machinery, aerospace safety and food.
The undersecretary of Trade Don Graves will lead the delegation, which will travel to Brazil for the Business Conference of South Americawhich is celebrated in Sao Paulobefore going to Brasilia for a series of meetings with members of the Brazilian government and the private sector, adds the text, without giving details.

The trip takes place a few weeks before the Summit of the Americas to be held from June 6 in The Angels.
