The spokesperson for the US State Division, Matthew Miller, issued this Thursday an announcement in response to the choice of the Nationwide Electoral Council (CNE) to revoke the invitation to the European Union for its representatives to watch the presidential electoral course of July twenty eighth.
“The USA is deeply involved by the choice of Nicolás Maduro and his representatives to withdraw an invite to electoral observers from the European Union“, he pointed.

He assured that this motion will “opposite to the commitments made in Barbados in October 2023 to assist the integrity of the electoral course of”.
