Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney, who is overseeing the investigation, declined to release the full grand jury report, which includes impeachment recommendations.
Instead, Mr. McBurney ordered the release of three parts of the report, an introduction, conclusions and grand jury discussion regarding concerns that some witnesses may have lied under oath in court. . These parts of the report will be published on February 16.
