Belgrade/Pristina – The USA is putting pressure on Kosovo to quickly submit a proposal for the formation of a Serbian association of municipalities. “Kosovo must move immediately,” demanded the US special envoy for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, in an interview with the “Presse” (Tuesday). Serbia, on the other hand, must send a clear message that violence will not be tolerated – neither once morest the KFOR peacekeeping force nor once morest the Kosovar police, said the US Undersecretary of State.
