US Nuclear Submarine Exercise Not Related to Russia-Ukraine War: National Navy | BLU mornings

Admiral Gabriel Pérez, Commander of the National Navy spoke in Mañanas BLU about the naval exercises between Colombia and the United States In the Caribbean.
