The majority – and thus the election victory – is won by the candidate who can unite 270 voters. So far, Biden has had 279 electoral votes – and has thus officially won the US election. But his victory might be even higher. A total of 42 electoral votes are still up for grabs (11 in Arizona, 16 in Georgia and 15 in North Carolina).
