This year’s online sales on ‘Black Friday’, America’s biggest shopping day, were found to have set an all-time record.
Adobe Analytics, an online distribution analysis company, announced that on the 24th, Black Friday, the 25th, U.S. e-commerce sales amounted to $9.8 billion, up 7.5% from last year.
According to Adobe Analytics, online sales on Thanksgiving Day, the 23rd, amounted to $5.6 billion, up 5.5% from last year.

The most sold products on Black Friday this year were analyzed to be electronics, smartwatches, TVs, and toys.
Meanwhile, according to an analysis by Mastercard, online sales on Black Friday this year increased by 8.5% compared to the previous year, while store sales increased by 1.1%.
In the United States, the period from Black Friday, the fourth Thursday in November, the day following Thanksgiving, to Christmas and the end of the year is a major shopping period, when retailers hold the biggest discounts of the year.
