US believes ‘no final decision’, Russia will invade Ukraine at any time

“We do not believe a final decision will be made. Military operations can happen at any time. And it is very likely that Russia will move without warning,” a Pentagon spokesman said.

The United States does not believe Russian President Vladimir Putin will “final decision” whether to invade Ukraine or not But he might move at any time without warning.

Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said there was a possibility of a Russian invasion of Ukraine. “We still don’t believe a final decision will be made. Military operations can take place at any time. And it’s very possible that he moved without warning.”

State Department spokesman Ned Price said the United States saw no clear signs of deterioration in violence at the Russia-Ukraine border.

“We believe the negotiations will continue. We believe there is still a way to resolve this issue through dialogue and diplomacy,” Price said.

Kirby also revealed that Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin plans to travel to Europe on Tuesday to negotiate the crisis. The meeting will be held at NATO’s headquarters in Brussels. including visiting Poland and Lithuania

Meanwhile, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken announced on Feb. 14 that the US plans to move its embassy from Kiev. The capital of Ukraine to Lviv, a city in the west. It cited rising tensions as Russia mobilizes troops near Ukraine’s border.

Blinken confirmed that the United States would take full diplomacy to reduce the severity of the crisis. and urged US citizens to leave Ukraine immediately.
