Change underwear regularly.

Wear clean sanitary pads and replace them more than once throughout the day.

– Avoid putting skin care products on the genitals, because they may threaten infections, and then get wounds and ulcers, because they contain perfumes and chemicals.

Drink plenty of water to keep the body hydrated.

Urinate when you feel the need to.

– See a doctor when any changes in urine appear.
