The minister of the General Secretariat of the PresidencyAna Lya Uriarte, addressed this morning the criticism that the constitutional agreement has received from opposition forcestargeting particularly the People’s Party and the Republican Party.
The Secretary of State pointed out that both political forces, in the second or third session, when this new constitutional agreement began to be discussed, voluntarily left this talks table.
“As the whole country witnessed, when the talks of the different political forces began, to agree on an agreement that would enable us a new constitutional process, around the second or third session, the Republican Party and the People’s Party He decided to leave that talks table and retire”, commented the leader of the Segpres.
