وجه National Bank of Egyptan urgent warning to its customers through a text message on mobile phones, and it warned regarding communicating by phone or via electronic links, through e-mail, in which it claims that the links belong to customer accounts.
Al-Ahly Bank warns its customers by text message:
The message of the National Bank of Egypt, our dear customer, came in order to preserve the confidentiality of your account data and money, please be careful and not call any phone numbers sent to you in text messages on your mobile phone or through links on your e-mail, claiming that they belong to your accounts or bank cards.
In that message, the National Bank stressed that any operations related to updating data, or renewing subscriptions are carried out through the service of Al-Ahly Net customers, or through NBE Mobile, or through the headquarters of the branches of the National Bank, which are located in all governorates of the Republic.
The necessity of subscribing to the bank’s services:
The bank called on all its customers, to subscribe to the Al-Ahly Net service, or the NBE Mobile service, and for more care, please go to the nearest branch of the National Bank, in order to update the data and subscribe to those services.
And he demanded from all his customers the necessity of requesting the security codes device, so that you can complete the transfer from your account to other accounts, which are inside or outside the bank, by entering your national number and your mobile phone number.
