State Duma deputy Dmitry Kuznetsov sent a letter to the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, so that the latter would intercede for the beaten participant in the special operation in Bataysk. In a conversation with URA.RU, the deputy explained that the department needed to sort out the situation, and in Russia legislation should be tightened to prevent similar incidents in the future.

“This case is not isolated. There was already a case with a migrant beating a member of the NWO. He died in the end. We see this practice being repeated. And you need to either tighten the legislation, or create a separate body that will deal with this, ”said Dmitry Kuznetsov in a conversation with a URA.RU correspondent.

In his letter to Bastrykin, which is at the disposal of URA.RU, deputy Kuznetsov stressed that following the case was made public, the police initiated a criminal case under Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism). He clarified that the actions of the attackers have all the signs of more serious articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
