Al-Marsad newspaper: An official source in the Public Prosecution stated that, according to what was published in a newspaper regarding the beating of a housemaid by three women and a man who worked for them, the Public Prosecution directed the competent control authority to urgently complete the procedures for arrest and inference and refer the case to the Public Prosecution According to Articles (24-27-28) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The source indicated that, according to the aforementioned report, she is a fugitive from her original employer, her “guarantor”, and works with the perpetrators without a legal document, which allowed the perpetrators to exploit, assault and drive her out of the house without enabling her of her legal rights.
