Dealing with electronic wallets in payments
For his part, Karim Sous, CEO of Retail Banking and Branches at the National Bank of Egypt, said that the “Subscribe, Do, Earn” campaign announced by the bank, comes to encourage various customer segments to deal with electronic wallets in payments, especially in light of the strong technological structure that the bank owns and struggles with. In order to provide growing investments to develop them, within the framework of the bank’s implementation of the state’s instructions and endowment by its side in order to expand the application of financial inclusion and digital transformation, which is one of the most important priorities of the state.
Seuss explained that the National Bank is well aware of the importance of its customers, and always continues to provide all facilities and services to them, especially in conducting their financial transactions through digital services and with the highest security rates, in order to attract more customers in the context of its competition with other banks.
Incentive cash prize of 50 pounds
Engy Haraz, General Manager of Digital Banking Services at the National Bank of Egypt, indicated that when the customer activates and uses the electronic wallet, and makes the first financial transaction, an incentive financial prize of 50 pounds will be added to the balance of the wallet, noting that the promotional campaign targets all segments of new customers from owners conservative.
She added that the amount will be added to the wallet weekly, starting from the start of the campaign until the end of December 2022.
