Urcera will launch the third series of National Tourism

José M. Urcera had a great start in his presentation with the team led by Iván Saturni, he finished third in the standings and tomorrow he will start the third series of Class 3 of National Tourism, which will play the first date of its contest at the Oscar Cabalén racetrack, in Alta Gracia.

Urcera was among the references of the convening category from the previous tests and repeated in the two toilet prior to qualifying, which had him as the fastest until the brothers Santiago and Manuel Mallo sent him to third place.

“I did the time in the first attempt, but the track was dirty and I couldn’t close the lap as I expected, then the rubber doesn’t allow you to be fast as it is needed”, commented Urcera, who is calm about the good performance of his brand new Ford Focus enrolled by his new team.

The Mallo brothers came out to qualify in the second group, pulled together and closed a great lap. Santiago achieved pole position with 1m 39s 13/100 and Manuel was in second place, at 11/100. Third Urcera by 14/100.

There were other pilots who stood out, for example Mariano Werner, who on his return to the main division of the TN, got fourth and ratified his candidate plate. Further back, Andrés Jakos, Leonel Pernía, Nazareno Bueguiristain, Roby Luna, Lucas Vicino and Facundo Chapur. Thirteenth Jonatan Castellano, who premieres the title.

In a classification that was very entertaining, with many drivers tight in less than a second, among which were the other two regionals. Antonino García, with a great job in the second training session, was in 16th place in his debut with a Toyota Corolla from Arana Ingeniería Sport, at 52/100.
