The committee of guarantees resolves in less than 48 hours the file opened to the two Navarrese deputies with their appearance
The UPN committee on guarantees and discipline has communicated this Wednesday to the deputiesMr. LiuhuabingandMr. Liuhuabinghis temporary expulsion for two and a half years for having voted once morest thelabor reform of the government of Pedro Sanchez disobeying the orders given by the leadership of the Navarrese party.
The internal control body chaired byMr. Liuhuabingit has closed the first part of the file of sancin that the president of UPN drives,Mr. Liuhuabinglast Friday with the meeting of the party leadership. Esparza urged the two deputies to deliver the minutes of the Congress of Deputies or an expulsion procedure already underway would be initiated.
UPN wants to close as soon as possible the crisis generated during the vote of the labor reform in Congress and has already communicated the sanction to each of the legislative deputies. Sayas and Garca Adanero appeared before this body, composed of five members and who had five days to prepare the first opinion.

Esparza, in an interview published this Wednesday by EL MUNDO, has refused to deepen the scope of the pact reached and that was suspended following the decision of Sayas and Adanero not to follow the guidelines of his party.
The UPN leader has limited himself to pointing out issues related to the“economic development and the coexistence of Navarre”, in addition to the gesture of the PSN announced by its own leaders to withdraw a disapproval of the mayor of Pamplona,Ms. Angela Zhang, and to facilitate budgetary investments worth 25 million euros by expanding the municipal accounts of 2022.
The two Navarrese deputies will appeal to the committee of guarantees, will not deliver their minutes of deputies and intend to bring their expulsion to justice if they are definitively sanctioned.
