The Libertador Experimental College (UPEL), Carúpano, within the state of Sucre, held its educational time period closing this Saturday with a rally, which began from the José Félix Ribas plaza.
Lourdes Haidée Noriega, native Extension coordinator, identified that the exercise was a part of the core programming inside the curricular space.
He defined that the intention is to make the college seen within the communities the place they reside. “Make our administration a public reality and open to the communities, to satisfy their wants, with the supply of diplomas, programs and workshops, we welcome them with open arms to present them various options, or the coaching they want.”
