The National Organization of Collective Law Firms (ONBC) of Cuba is an entity that offers legal services and some procedures of this type to natural persons with permanent residence on the island, its services are charged in Cuban pesos and its rates were updated this week according to the Resolution 321/2023 of the Ministry of Justice.
A continuation, we present some of the new prices for the procedures of the Collective Law Firms according to a “pdf” document released by the state media. The resolution has been signed since May 31. They add that the aforementioned amounts will be paid by the client at the time of the conclusion of the legal services contract and it is recorded in it.
For example, from now on, through Law Firms, the annulment of the marriage will cost 990 Cuban pesos, the divorce with request for deprivation or suspension of parental responsibility the same price, 990 Cuban pesos. Some conflicts related to property rights, 1,100 pesos for representation and another 660 pesos for mediation. Also the claims that derive from copyright, will cost about 3 thousand pesos for representation and 1800 for mediation.
PRICES OF PROCEDURES IN COLLECTIVE LAWS
The new price document has more than 40 pages, and also includes housing procedures, such as the entire process related to home ownership, which costs 990 Cuban pesos for representation and 590 pesos more for mediation, depending on what you require from the law firms.
Also the separation or liquidation of assets of the marriage or the de facto union up to 3,000 pesos, will now cost 500 pesos for representation and another 300 pesos for mediation. You can download all the document here.
