Published in the Official Gazette of Cuba No. 48, resolution 38/2023 updated the consular fees charged by Cuban embassies and consulates for the procedures they carry out.
The norm establishes that “consular rights are charged taking into account the rates established in the Tariff, which are set in US dollars or in euros, as appropriate.”
In this article, the prices in dollars, in euros and in the United States for procedures related to educational documents and legalizations.
PRICES OF PROCEDURES OF TEACHING DOCUMENTS IN CUBAN EMBASSIES
1. Study documents issued by educational centers in Cuba (for the granting of these certifications, the following are charged at the time of delivery:
a) Obtaining certificates of completed studies, study programs and thematic plans: 280.00 USD, 225.00 EUR and 280 in the US. b) Obtaining the graduate certificate and title not disqualified: 230.00 USD, 185.00 EUR and 230 in the US. c) Other certifications: 280.00 USD, 225.00 EUR and 280 in the US.
If these documents require, in addition, to be legalized by the agencies of the Central State Administration:
d) For the legalization 100.00 USD, 95.00 EUR and 100.00 in the United States.
If the requested document requires to be legalized by the diplomatic or consular representation of the foreign country in Cuba and by the MINREX, the following sections apply at the time of delivery:
– For legalization at the embassy: 60.00 USD, 55.00 EUR and 60.00 in the US.
-For legalization in the MINREX: 40 USD, 35 EUR and 40 in the US.
