While many of you may have just begun the adventure of returning to Bright Falls in Alan Wake 2, with the game now available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S consoles, Remedy has now begun sharing details regarding what will be included in the game. Some details on the two expansion packs included in the Expansion Pass. Both will debut in 2024, and as for the stories they’ll tell, Remedy let us know in an FAQ page on the game’s website. Expansion Pack 1 will be called Night Springs and will reportedly feature players taking on the role of “several familiar characters from the world of Alan Wake” to “experience things that cannot be explained in Night Springs’ multiple stand-alone episodes. Nightspring is a fictional television show set in the world of Alan Wake. Expansion 2, on the other hand, is called The Lake House and explores a “mysterious facility on the shores of Lake Cauldron, run by an independent government Organization established to conduct secret research… until something went wrong. In this expansion, players will once once more take on the roles of Alan and Saga Anderson. This all comes before New Game+ launches as a free post-launch add-on at some point in the future.
