– The planned central marketing of media rights for the World Cups in the 2025-26 season involves an illegal restriction of competition based on European legislation on cartel activities, the court’s decision states.
It is also claimed that FIS uses its market dominance to the detriment of the interests of the German Ski Association.
The German Ski Association says it is satisfied with the court’s decision.

For the time being, the temporary injunction prevents FIS from selling rights to races in Germany.
