At 18, the native of Los Palacios y Villafranca, in Andalusia, had established himself last season as an indestructible holder of the Catalan midfielder. He was trained at La Masia, the famous FC Barcelona training center, between 2015 and 2021 before making his debut with the first team on August 29, 2021 against Getafe (2-1), at just 17 years old.
It was during the ceremony of the announcement of his extension that the player was surprised. Indeed, Gavi took the opportunity to sign some autographs and take pictures with the supporters. It was then that a young woman approached him and discreetly slipped him a piece of paper while the player was signing his autograph.
Many Internet users believe that it is the telephone number of the supporter, even if at this stage nothing confirms it. Nevertheless, the scene quickly went viral on Twitter.
