The Venezuelan closer, José Alvarado got his fourth save of the season, by protecting the advantage of his team, the Philadelphia Phillieswho beat the Seattle Mariners 6 runs for 5 at Citizens Bank Park.

The Zulian is in his seventh season in his major league career and third with the Philadelphia Phillies uniform, following defending the Tampa Bay Rays in his early days, where he has a 3.45 lifetime ERA.
