Unreleased! Steam promotes only Brazilian games at Carnival

Carnival is one of the periods that most marks Brazil, even if it is not unanimous among the population. Even so, it is a special holiday and, for those who don’t like partying, it is gaining a special meaning in the national gamer world. This is because, according to the newly created profile Made in Brazil Sale on Twitter, the Steam will run its first promotion dedicated to Brazilian games between February 18th and 23rd.

The tweet also points out that there will be a total of 500 national games in this promotion, although, for now, no game that will be part of this selection has been announced.

The project to make this special offer period happen has been promoted since last year, according to Eduardo Lamhut, from BitCake Studio, who made a call for developers to sign up and support the initiative. The studio he works for is responsible for the free Holodrive and is developing the shooter Atomic Picnic.

Still not sure if these games will be in the promotion, some games from Brazilian studios have gained prominence in recent years, such as Guns N’ Runs, Asleep, Dandara, Fobia – St. Dinfna Hotel, Kaze and the Wild Masks, SUPER CHICKEN JUMPER, Cobra Kai 2: Dojos Rising, No Place for Bravery, among others.

And you, do you have your own list of lesser known Brazilian games? So be sure to share with us in the comments!
