With an unprecedented exercise, PJCDMX brought mediation services to the 16 municipalities
He Judicial Branch of Mexico City (PJCDMX) the unprecedented exercise concluded to bring the mediation service to the 16 capital municipalities for freewith which it made private mediators available to society who helped them resolve, without a trial, family, civil and commercial disputes.
From the past September 4 and until Friday, December 8, the capital’s judicial body took the Mediation and Other Services Conference to each districtin a joint effort with the Government of Mexico City that, simultaneously, launched the Civic Facilitators program, Dialogue to Solve Conflictsas a policy of itinerant justice to guarantee peace and tranquility of the people.
Con more than a thousand people served, private mediators sent by the PJCDMX carried out dissemination actions, orientation, and opening of recordssending invitations to mediation and signing agreements.
Through these days, Citizens received an itinerant alternative justice service through which they did not have to go to the headquarters of the Alternative Justice Center of the capital’s judicial bodylocated at Niño Héroes 133, Colonia Doctores, Cuauhtémoc mayor’s office, to resolve family issues such as visitation and cohabitation regimes; care and custody of minors, as well as alimony; regulation of divorces and separations of people; issues inherent to concubinage and cohabitation societies, among others.

In the same way, citizens were able to access mediations in civil matters, in leasing areas; condominium debts; money loans; housing loans; rights of way; common properties; donation of property; breaches of services from professionals such as lawyers, doctors, architects, among others; non-compliance with carpentry, blacksmithing, and mechanical services; non-compliance in the sale of vehicles or real estate and returns of objectsas well as those specialized in commercial matters, debts derived from promissory notes, checks, invoices, bank and financial credits and insurance contracts.
