A Palworld player managed to raise a Penking who perfectly embodies the energy of a “middle manager”, sparking empathy from other fans through humor.

Palworld isn’t just regarding capturing Pals. Players can get their hands on each Pal by hatching them from eggs they find, as well as breeding them with other Pals. Pals breeding is unlocked once players build a Breeding Farm on their base.

Raising Pals is how players can unlock Fusion Pals, unique species of Pals whose appearance is a mix of both of their parents. This sometimes also results in Pals with truly powerful stats.

However, breeding Pals does not always guarantee the most fruitful results, as one unlucky player recently discovered.

He shared a screenshot of his Penking, which he called “useless,” noting that his passive skills “do absolutely nothing.”

After analyzing the Penking statistics, he stressed that he “gets a total bonus of 0% to Attack and 0% to Working Speed.”

“Rename it middle management,” one user jokingly responded, receiving broad agreement from other participants in the thread.

Another user suggested that the author only had two choices as to what to do with his friend Pal “useless”. “Mr Middle Manager can either go to the condenser for the common good or have a meeting with the hatchet.”

Dark humor aside, this is practical advice for a game where you can cook and eat Pals and enslave people.

But, as of this writing, the fate of this particular Penking remains unknown.
