Vienna – As of today, Monday, the repair bonus is available once more. This can be used to reimburse 50 percent of the costs, up to a maximum of 200 euros, of repairing household electrical appliances such as smartphones, washing machines, dishwashers and coffee machines. However, pensioner representatives see a case of age discrimination since there is no possibility for customers to apply for the bonus in the same way. The Chamber of Commerce (WKÖ) refers to the partner companies.
