Maybe: “What is happiness?” It is one of the most difficult questions to answer because, in many ways, not only is there one answer, but also that ‘key’ changes a lot according to the moment and stage of our lives. Being very clear that ‘being happy’ is more of a path than a destination (although the age of maximum happiness really surprised us), science can give us super useful tools in that search.

It was at the beginning of September that NatGeo published a scientific study that recommends five habits which, according to their research, activate happiness hormones and improve our well-being.
