Years go by and yet bad habits remain. Each spring the call of the “Summer body” always wakes the lazy too late, yet the summer body prepares for winter.

Spring and summer are times when we have a more intimate relationship with our body because the outfits are lighter and we tend to be tougher with our physical appearance. Regular activity throughout the year allows for better results if we decide to increase the pace in the pre-summer period because our body will have been prepared thanks to your winter work.

The diversity

To play sports all year round, we diversify our activities, as long as the weather is nice, we play sports outside (cycling, walking, running, paddle, etc.)

This diversity will prevent us from falling into a routine and will require our body to constantly adapt. A body that has to adapt is a body that does not settle into its comfort zone.

Diet and supplementation

Increasing the pace and intensity of sports sessions, without putting the right fuel in the body, leads to failure. Beyond having a balanced diet, rich in fruits, vegetables and oilseeds, we regularly supplement with vitamins, iron and magnesium.

All the perfect bodies that we observe are the result of rigor and a workload that can only be achieved if we have 6 to 15 hours of sport per week. We must therefore accept that if we do three hours of sport per week, our criteria cannot be the same as those who do 15.

Metabolisms are unique to everyone. An ectomorph body shape burns more calories than an endomorph body shape. You have to accept it!

Mental well-being cannot be separated from physical activity. It will always be more beneficial to practice physical activity for our well-being rather than for appearance.

If we are well in our head, we shine… Even with a few extra pounds!
