Al-Marsad newspaper: Family physician Dr. Saud Al-Shehri revealed, in a new video clip on his account on the X platform, a healthy habit that helps fight aging for the skin and the brain and does not cost its owner anything.
Al-Shehri said in the introduction to his talk: A study was conducted on a group of women, dividing them into two groups: one group did aerobic exercises and the other group did resistance exercises for 16 weeks, 3 times each week.
He added: They found that women who did resistance exercises had increased skin density, which, if increased, combats skin aging because skin aging is a thinning and stretching of the skin. They found that their skin density was greater.
He continued: For women who do aerobic exercises, they have resistance to mental aging, as their thinking is better, and therefore the combination of the two types of exercises is very beautiful.
