The Marseillaise des Femmes is a women’s and charitable running/walking event which defends strong values of solidarity and conviviality; the MDF brought together more than 9,000 participants in 2024, thus confirming its 3rd position in PACA walking races, behind Marseille-Cassis and the Nice-Cannes marathon, and its undeniable leadership in women’s races in the South of France.
The next edition will take place on Sunday May 18, 2025 and targets 10,000 participants…. A phenomenal challenge to overcome in this post-Olympic year. Does that tempt you?
We are looking for an intern to carry out the following missions, from March to June 2025:
– Actively participate in the recruitment of our volunteer teams and our logistics team, based on mission specifications already established but evolving over the years (change of site, security and/or eco-citizen constraints, etc.)
– Brief the different group leaders before the event, after having listed all the material needs linked to the mission
– Negotiate prizes and goodies to offer to our volunteers, with our partners or others
– Be the referent for all volunteers before, during and after the event
– Participate in the drafting of a detailed report of actions undertaken in terms of eco-citizenship (Ecofest Label and Eco Charter of the Aix Marseille Provence Metropolis)
– Organize a friendly happening to thank the volunteers, after the event
– Collect opinions from volunteers on their points of satisfaction and areas for improvement
– More broadly, participate in the entire production of the event

– Taste for negotiation and relational ease
– Practical sense and taste for field missions
– High availability and resistance to stress as the event approaches

Workplace: association offices in Aubagne, ZI des Paluds, then on site at the MDF Village, Parc Borély, Marseille 8°; partial teleworking possibly possible
