While article L224-66 of the Consumer Code provides that travelers who miss their flights for various reasons can obtain reimbursement of the airport tax (indicated by the letters QW on your ticket) and the passenger fee (indicated by the letters QX on your ticket) included in the price of the ticket within 30 days from the date of receipt of the request, the low cost companies refuse to comply with this requirement.

These companies are 12 in number. They have still not reimbursed the legally payable taxes, eight weeks following the request for the return of the funds (therefore following the take-off date of the last flight), let it be known Air Journal.
