University residence: the Ain Salsabil Foundation opens its first campus

Extending over 18,000 m2, this first student accommodation campus launched in Agadir responds to a growing need for modern accommodation by offering a solution to students, trainees and young working girls.

The Ain Salsabil Foundation proceeded, at the end of the week, to the inauguration of its first university campus in Agadir. Called “Résidences Amane”, this first student campus dedicated to accommodation covers 18,000 m2. It is intended to be a multi-service complex intended mainly for students, trainees and young working girls. This infrastructure is characterized by its strategic location in the Dakhla district, near the new center of Agadir and close to Ibn Zohr University, the International University of Agadir, the National School of Applied Sciences (ENSA) , the National School of Architecture (ENA) and several faculties.

Equipped with modern facilities and a multitude of services and amenities, this complex meets a growing need for modern accommodation by offering a luxury solution in the capital of the Souss-Massa Region.

In detail, the accommodation at Résidences Amane consists of 18 m² studios and 50 m² apartments with good value for money according to the foundation. The monthly rental of an individual studio is at 1,540 DH, that of the shared studio is at 2,585 DH while the studio for people with reduced mobility is at 1,540 DH, the double apartment at 2,695 DH and quadruple at 1,595 DH per person . As for the annual registration fees, they amount to 500 DH with individual insurance at 190 DH and a refundable deposit representing one month’s rent for Moroccan residents.
