The University of North Carolinain the US town of Chapel Hillis besieged by the presence of a “dangerous armed man,” the educational center reported through social networks.
That university center issued an alert shortly after 1:00 p.m. local time (12:10 p.m. Mexico) indicating that there was a dangerous and armed person on or near the premises.
