The classic between Universitario and Alianza Lima was scheduled for 3:00 pm, but had to be postponed 15 minutes because the referees arrived late at the stadium. Traffic? No. The reason was made known, through a statement, by the National Referees Commission.
“The security assigned for the displacement of the referees never arrived at the concentration point. The refereeing list had to go to the stadium without any protection and already in the vicinity they were escorted for entry,” they reported last Monday. This was also recorded in the arbitration report.
The Justice Commission of the FPF announced this Wednesday the punishments of the date and among them is also “the institutional sanction of 2 UIT (S / 9,200) of sanction for failing to comply with the device of displacement and security of the referees to the stadium”.
According to the Regulations of League 1 and the Single Justice Regulation, the local clubs are in charge of security before, during and after the match, including the transfer of the referees to the venue of the match.
