The United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Mozambique have concluded a memorandum of understanding in the field of manpower, which was signed by the Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Dr. Dubai.
His Excellency Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Awar said that the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding establishes an institutional partnership and permanent cooperation between the two ministries. His Excellency affirmed the commitment of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation to continue the tireless endeavors made by the translation of the vision of the UAE government in the field of strengthening partnership and cooperation relations with various countries of the world, in a way that contributes to enhancing confidence in the UAE labor market as an ideal global destination for work and living in light of guaranteeing the rights of employers and the workforce from Different nationalities in a balanced way.
For her part, Her Excellency the Mozambican Minister of Labor and Social Security expressed her happiness at signing the Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, which contributes to increasing job opportunities for Mozambican workers in the country, and ensuring their rights in a work environment that is considered one of the best in the world.
The signing of the memorandum of understanding was attended by His Excellency Tiago Castejo, Ambassador of the Republic of Mozambique to the UAE, His Excellency Khalil Al-Khoury, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation for Human Resources Affairs, His Excellency Shaima Al-Awadi, Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Communication and International Relations Sector at the Ministry, and a number of stakeholders from both sides.
