Unis-Cité is recruiting a Director for the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region

Under the authority of the Board of Directors and the supervision of the Regional Association Office, in conjunction with the national management based in Paris, you are responsible for the development, implementation and sustainability of the association project in the regional territory.

You lead a collective of 75 employeeslead the search for local funding, and ensure the management of structuring partnerships (public authorities, businesses, financial partners).

Your main missions will be as follows:

Define and implement the Unis-Cité development strategy in the region (territorial diagnostics, needs analysis, identification of key players, monitoring and evaluation, etc.)

Participate in the national steering committee and act as a link between national management and the region for strategic, organizational and financial issues

Manage local fundraising (identification of funding opportunities, response to calls for projects) in conjunction with the partnership manager and branch managers

Coordinate the association’s human resources management policy (in conjunction with the human resources manager)

Supervise the administrative, budgetary and financial management of the association (in conjunction with the administrative and financial manager)

Lead the regional committee and the regional management team. Ensure the management of intermediate managers (5 regional managers + 5 branch managers)

Coordinate the organization of key events throughout the year (launch ceremonies, gatherings, regional seminars, etc.)

Contribute to the running of the association’s governance bodies (Office, Board of Directors) and the organization of General Meetings

Represent the association, relay national advocacy actions, and ensure the influence of the association project on the regional territory
