Ingredients (approx 24 units come out)
– 180 g of flour
– 60 g of cornstarch
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 125 g butter
– 120 g of powdered sugar
– 3 yolks
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
– 150 g of quince jam
– 2 tablespoons of water
Preparation
Beat the ointment butter with the powdered sugar, add the egg yolks and the vanilla essence, mix well. Place the sifted flour together with the cornstarch and baking powder and form the dough. Let rest in the fridge wrapped in film for at least an hour.
Make balls of the same size (approximately 2 cm) and flatten, leaving a hole in the center. Place on a buttered and floured plate, leaving a distance between one and the other to give them room when they grow.
In a saucepan, melt the quince paste, adding the water and mashing it with a fork until it dissolves. Add the sweet with a teaspoon in the center of the seeds. Cook in medium preheated oven between 15 and 20 min approximately. Store them in jars or airtight containers. You can make them with any jam you like too
