Legislators of the bloc Union for the Homeland have proposed a project to extend the reach of the Educational Ticket in the City of Buenos Aires (CABA). Additionally, the elimination of the limit on trips per day is proposed, which would allow beneficiaries of the educational ticket to make the number of trips they need without restrictions. Likewise, the inclusion of the use of the ticket on Saturdays is proposed, providing more flexibility to public transport users during the weekend.
The legislators assured that the financing of these measures should not imply increases in the ticket for other passengers, and that transport companies will be obliged to report the existence of the educational ticket and provide details on how to process it.
