The American Catherine Russel, director general of Unicef, began her first visit to the DRC on Sunday and for four days in a country where children are victims of violence by armed groups. Unicef ​​remained discreet for this tour which began with the city of Goma, the capital of the province of North Kivu under siege for 11 months.
