Unheard of, Nicolás Barrientos denounced abuses in a hotel in Naples

The Bogota tennis player, Nicolás Barrientos, who was participating in the ATP 250 in Naples, made a strong complaint through his social networks.

Barrientos made a pair with the Mexican Miguel Ángel Reyes and they were surpassed by the couple made up of the Pakistani Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi, number 59 in the ATP and the Serbian Nikola Cacic, box 63, by 7-5 and 6-2.

But in addition to losing the game, Nicolás denounced that his suitcases and belongings were evicted from his room and thrown on the floor of the lobby of the hotel where he was staying. “This filled the cup. How can something like this happen, in an ATP 250, not even in a Challenger (lower category tournament) had it happened to me. Well, I think it happened to my partner in a challenger organized by the same company as this 250”.

And he continued: “At the ATP 250 in Napoli I arrive at the lobby following playing my match at 5:00 pm and find all my belongings and those of my wife in the lobby, poorly packed, several things thrown on the floor. I check my email and see an email that arrived at 4:00 pm while I was playing, notifying me that I had to change my hotel once more, ”the Bogota tennis player denounced on his social networks.

The Colombian called on the ATP to take action and this type of situation does not occur once more in any tournament on the circuit.
