David Dubinsky and Tamir Bar determined the result of the match at the synthetic complex ‘Maccabi’ Petah Tikva. Tamir Bar with five league goals – the team’s top scorer so far. With 20 right goals, one mandatory goal, Maccabi Petah Tikva continues to lead the table thanks to a better goal ratio than Maccabi Tel Aviv, even though both teams have 18 points. Beer Sheva recorded its third loss this season, along with three wins.
Hapoel Hadera – Bnei Sakhnin 1:2
A turnaround in the final minutes set up a great victory for Hadera, thanks to goals by Mo’amen Kabaha and Iti Brodsky, who took off his shirt in view of the goal celebration on the verge of the last minute of the game. Bnei Sakhnin can make claims for herself, after already leading the game with a goal by Yahya Hamdon and not knowing how to increase the score. Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv – Hapoel Jerusalem 3:1
The Oranges from the Hatikva neighborhood with their sixth loss in a row. The team is unable to get out of the mud it has fallen into since the beginning of the season. There is no doubt that professional change is urgently needed. The club will not let this young team get relegated so quickly. The Jerusalemites benefited from goals from the excellent Nahorai Eliyahu (double) and Ahmed Jaber. Eliyahu already has seven league goals – leading the league and team goal scoring charts together. For Bnei Yehuda, Yosef Awka tied the score with his second goal of the season. The Jerusalemites have 15 points and are among the three best teams in the league, along with Maccabi Tel Aviv and Maccabi Petah Tikva (they have 18 points 21).
