Dr. Iman added that in addition to the mentioned symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency, there are known symptoms of anemia such as: general weakness, lethargy in the body, lack of concentration, frequent headaches, paleness and yellowing of the skin color, and other known symptoms of anemia.
Regarding the treatment of vitamin B12 deficiency anemia, Dr. Iman Salah said that treatment includes: – Providing a diet and meals rich in vitamin B12, such as: salmon, liver, eggs, tuna, milk, dairy products, fortified grains, in addition to taking medications.
