Al-Marsad newspaper: “Okaz” newspaper confirmed that the controls for stopping services have nothing to do with the implementation system currently in effect before the implementation courts, which allows the implementation judge to order travel bans and prohibit financial dealings for those who procrastinate and abstain from paying due debts.

Travel ban

The newspaper said, citing sources. The implementation system is still valid and in effect, and it strictly stipulates that the debtor be besieged, ordered to prevent him from traveling, and the issuance of power of attorney deeds from him directly or indirectly in the funds and what accrues to him, in the event that the debtor does not implement, or does not disclose sufficient funds to pay the debt within 5 days from the date of being notified of the execution order. In this case, the person executed once morest him is considered to be procrastinating, and the enforcement judge has the right to expand the penalties.

It is worth noting that the Ministry of Justice denied, the day before yesterday, Saturday, the validity of what is being circulated regarding “the explanation for stopping services in the enforcement courts,” explaining that “the enforcement courts have not stopped services permanently for 4 years.”

The Ministry promised a number of lawyers to take legal measures once morest anyone who published false information that does not comply with the regulations and decisions issued in this regard.
