Today, Wednesday, meteorologist Dr. Khaled Al-Zaaq explained the reason for the intense heat, despite the Earth’s farthest point from the sun.

Al-Zaaq added, in his paragraph broadcast on Al-Arabiya channel, that tomorrow the earth will be at its farthest point from the sun, and yet that period will be the warmest season of the year.

And he continued, that this heat is due to the dependence of the air temperature on the angle of incidence of the sun, which is vertical or almost vertical in the summer.

And the meteorologist continued, that the earth revolves around itself daily and around the sun every 365 days, as this results in the four seasons.
