News regarding the divorce of Inara Rusli and Virgoun is still a hot topic, Mother. In fact, some time ago there was a stir regarding the maintenance that Inara demanded from Virgoun following the two separated.
Yes, Inara demands that Virgoun pay the child a living of IDR 110 million per month. Regarding this, Inara herself believes that the cost of raising one child can reach up to IDR 3 billion.
He admits that to raise one child to adulthood requires money with a nominal value of IDR 3 billion. Of this amount, Inara also asked to live multiplied by 3 of her children, so that it reached IDR 9 billion.
“There’s really something I posted in stories that the cost of living for a child until he’s an adult is a total of Rp. 3 billion, that’s the standard, right. Just three times the children,” he said.
As for now, Inara’s children are still in a very young age range. He also admitted that he was not too adventurous regarding this child’s living so he would not force it if Virgoun was unable to.
“Yes, I (a child) go to public elementary school enough. If, for example, I’m sorry for my husband’s job at UMR, then it’s my time to demand (more). Yes, just adjust according to ability,” said Inara.
Responding to this, Financial Planner Risza Bambang said that financial planning is divided into two things, namely lifestyle and living expenses.
Lifestyle will determine the size of the cost of living. The higher the lifestyle, it is directly proportional to the cost of living. And the smaller the lifestyle, the more controllable the cost of living.
“If children are sent to schools with an international curriculum because they are targeting undergraduate studies abroad, then the cost of living for children’s needs is greater than the cost of living if they are national schools with a target of studying in Indonesia,” he said.
Apart from that, usually there are additional needs including extracurricular fees, courses, pocket money, clothing, health, and entertainment. Thus, the calculation of the amount of education costs is very dependent on various factors and it cannot be concluded immediately that its adequacy.
“All of that (education costs) depends on needs vs desires, future targets, as well as the abilities and aspirations of the child, with guidance and direction from parents,” said Risza.
