Foreigners holding golden passports get the same treatment as natives in many respects. Although different countries have different requirements, let’s look at some general requirements for Golden Passport.

Golden Visa V/S Golden Passport

Golden Passport countries such as Austria, St. Kitts, Nevis etc. provide this without the requirement of a fixed period of stay. On the other hand, countries that grant golden visas provide temporary residence permits. Some countries grant permanent residency to those who are on a Golden Visa for a certain period of time.

Saudi Arabia is one of the countries that does not recognize dual citizenship. In many of these countries, the Golden Visa has more attractive facilities than the Golden Passport. Those who get Golden Visa or Passport can travel to countries where the passport of the issuing country is allowed and enjoy the facilities.
