Michael Barbe tells us regarding the life of Catherine Pelletier, nicknamed “Supernana”, a radio icon who left her mark on an entire generation. Laurent Petitguillaume was one of her friends because he worked with her, notably on Skyrock.
Michael Barbe discovered “Supernana” at the age of 15, listening to Skyrock in the evening in secret. He quickly fell in love with her style. He had the chance to meet her before her death in 2007. In recent years, he has digitized 120 hours of “Supernana” broadcasts grouped together on the site Show-supernana.com.
For 16 years, Michael Barbe has also carried out real work as an archivist, he has met many people who have worked with or crossed paths with “Supernana”, to write this book which retraces the memory of this radio icon.
The book contains numerous never-before-seen photos and over 85 hours of sound clips accessible using QR Codes.
