The reform of the retirement of agents of the Walloon Parliament as a trigger for the “clerk affair”? This cannot be excluded
“Members of previous offices saw memos passed on agents first placed on leave due to illness then concerned by a proposal for early retirement. And they were led to grant these retirements. They were therefore perfectly aware of the difficult situation of the agents”, underlines the head of the PTB group in the Walloon parliament, Germain Mugemangango.
“It is, at the very least, negligence to have never noticed that agents on sick leave have multiplied since the arrival of the now suspended clerk,” he continues.
