« Je make a commitment to unclog the emergency services by the end of 2024.” During his speech on April 17, the President of the Republic made a strong commitment, both the images of patients who are hoarding hours on hospital stretchers is common. And shocking. And the current context, with the implementation of the Rist law, since April 3, which caps the rates of temporary doctors, makes things even worse.
